Refund Policy

Effective: August 6, 2022

The Dirty News website (thedirtynewz.com, the “Site”) grants you access to this page at any time to view and/or refund to the refund policy on the subscription for “VIP” sold through the Site.

The only circumstance in which refunds will be allowed are if you are unable to access promised content on the Site for any period longer than seven days (one week). For any other reason, as long as you have access to the “VIP Content” as mentioned throughout the Site as part of the membership program, you are not eligible for a refund. 

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time from your “My Account” page (thedirtynewz.com/my-account), and it will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. If a payment is not received, a chargeback is issued, or an automatic payment method is declined, the subscription will also be terminated. You, as a user of the website, are responsible for updating your payment information before expiry to ensure your subscription continues without termination if you wish for it to.

Certain refund requests may be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of employees of the Site.
