Jean-Philippe Celestin’s Rosemere home was raided by police Monday morning (12/05/2025). Authorities were looking for any evidence that could link the man to the Marc Issa El Khoury murder which occurred in 2023.

On April 18th, an altercation had taken place in a Quebec City halfway house. The victim of the crime consisted of a reputed member of the HAMC, Claude Gauthier, of the Trois-Rivieres chapter of the province.

A motorcycle parts business in Boucherville was subject to a seizure towards the end of April. It belonged to a reputed member of the HAMC’s South Chapter.

11 arrests have been made in Trois-Rivieres and surrounding cities today including the arrest of Jay Lafond, a criminal with an ever expanding wrap sheet.

The Trois-Rivieres HAMC chapter had faced many forms of scrutiny within the past years. Scrutiny in the form of red and blue lights and the deafening sound of gunshots, being shot at on multiple occasions by rival gang members siding with the Blood Family Mafia.
