300K Seized In Raids Targeting All Boivin’s Camp

Nearly a dozen search warrants had been executed this week in Saguenay, targeting a cell under All Boivin's command. Another separate event was a BFM affiliated building, which had been subject to a raid just last week, was intentionally set on fire and nearly burnt down to a crisp.

All Boivin’s Mother’s Home Raided

The most recent news in relation to All Boivin consists of a series of raids brought on by the SQ (Quebec Provincial Police) and the SPS (Saguenay Police Service). On the early morning of the 23rd of May, nearly a dozen search warrants had been executed in multiple residences in Saguenay and its surrounding regions. One of these search warrants targeted the Saguenay kingpin’s mother’s address.

The task force which consisted of the SPS, the SQ and a mixed regional squad dubbed the ‘ERM’ managed to put their hands on 4 kilograms of cocaine and about 15 rifles and handguns. What seemed to cripple Boivin’s crew the most was the seizure of 300,000$. Police suspect the money would have been used to fund Boivin’s time evading authorities. Throughout this operation, authorities also proceeded with the arrest of 7 individuals.

Note that Boivin is listed as the BOLO program’s most wanted criminal, with a prize of a quarter million dollars to anyone with information that would lead to the Saguenay crime boss’s arrest. BOLO has Boivin listed as #2 on their list, while Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel tops the chart. Turmel was arrested at the end of March in Italy and is currently awaiting extradition back to Canada.

All Boivin Wanted: For drug trafficking.

An earlier raid which took place in April managed to temporarily dismantle a drug trafficking ring in Jonquiere. The event had taken place on April 10th on Rue Bergeron. It targeted the head of a drug trafficking ring in the town. The SPS and the Regional Mixed Squad was at the heart of this operation; seizing 30 grams of cocaine as well as 14,000$ cash along with cellphones and various drug trafficking paraphernalia. Although the suspect was arrested, with his home and vehicle search, he was later released with a promise to appear in later court dates. He was charged with possession and intent to traffic.

Blood Family Mafia Affiliated Residence Set Aflame

Last week we had written about a certain set of raids targeted towards the Blood Family Mafia. One of the abodes searched, more specifically on May 14th, had been subject to a criminal arson in the wee hours of Wednesday (28/05/2025).

The residence, located on 3235 Chemin de la Gare in the Sainte-Foy borough of Quebec City, had been set aflame towards 3am on Wednesday morning. Firefighters rushed to the building, a beaten down warehouse, and started extinguishing the flames. Nearly 40 firefighters had been dispatched to fight this obnoxious arson.

Several hours later, upon the inspection of how this arson came to be, investigators deemed the fire of a criminal nature. As with many arsons taking place in Quebec City and its surrounding regions, no one was injured, no one was arrested. We do not know if this arson was self inflicted, or if the building was just another casualty in the drug war.

In the raids that had targeted this specific building, as well as other dwellings and vehicles, on May 14th, five individuals had been arrested. Three men and two women had been initially arrested, three of which were later released. Only two of them had been withheld on gun and drug charges; Roxanne Provonost, 33, and Jean Peterson, 36. Authorities seized a Glock, 11 cellphone, 2200$ in cash and an unspecified amount of cocaine.

Boivin has been on the run since February 23rd of 2023. Police believe he is hiding out with his 26-year-old girlfriend Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance. Unlike Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel, who had one of his cronies go to police to give information on his whereabouts that eventually led to Turmel’s arrest, Boivin’s crew seems tightly knit. Although with more and more search warrants being executed in the Saguenay region, there is no telling if one of his soldiers will eventually crack and snitch.

Let’s remember Boivin helped build his empire by being affiliated to the HAMC Trois-Rivieres chapter member, Bernard ‘Ben’ Plourde, who is believed to be running things in Saguenay. He did a complete 180 on the biker once the Quebec Drug War was unfolding, rather picking a side with the Blood Family Mafia.
