Ayo Illia, the 20 year old suspect wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder, was officially arrested on April.19. Unsurprisingly, he was in a stolen vehicle (known for stealing vehicles, check out orig. article) with a second man whom was accused of aiding him in evading police.
Ayo faces a charge of first-degree murder in the killing of Alexander Mills-Smith, 24, of Toronto. He and Abdinasir Aden, 20, of Toronto, face a combined 23 charges.
While many people thought the SouthJane/Duvy associate was going to be relocating provinces, it turns out that the demon stayed put. It seems like he didn’t have the financial means in escaping the province, and therefore he will now be spending the rest of his days behind bars.
