If there was ever a turning point in the BFM drug war, it was this week, more precisely today. Information has been released concerning the body found in Frampton, near the Red Devils MC clubhouse and the details are more concerning than ever. It was a 14-year-old boy known to run with Saint-Leonard’s EGK street gang. EGK is an abbreviation for ‘Everybody Gets Killed’. This has caused public outrage and there has been massive concern from authorities, fearing this narco-war might be a case of ‘deja vu’ reminiscent of the HAMC and Rock Machine war of the ’90’s.
We’ll spare you the details of how this drug war started and all of it’s events, but rather make an archive chronically detailing all of our articles concerning this strife which will be released over the weekend. To say the least, this article will cover the Red Devils clubhouse attack, a shooting at a Hells Angels clubhouse in Herouxville, a biker meeting held yesterday (19/09/2024) in relation to what the biker’s next moves will be and finally, we’ll cover the steps authorities are taking in the light of these violent events.
14-Year-Old Identified As RDMC Attack Suspect & Homicide Victim
More information has been revealed by the SQ in relation to the body found in the wee-hours of Monday (16/09/2024) situated by a Red Devils MC clubhouse. So far, we now know that two suspects, aged 14 or so, had set off, with malintent, to the Red Devils MC clubhouse in Frampton, located near Quebec City. The duo, from Montreal, were last heard about telling people they were going to see a movie, when in reality, they were armed with two AK-47s and tools that were meant to be used to commit arson.
An altercation had taken place in the Red Devils MC clubhouse. We still do not know what exactly had taken place in the clubhouse, but we can only assume it had not gone the way the attackers had planned. The accomplice of the victim escaped before anything morbid happened to him. A little later, police received a call concerning an arson which had taken place on a vehicle along Route 112. When police arrived, they found a vehicle in a field, once they extinguished and searched the car, two AK-47 style weapons were found, burnt to a crisp.
It did not take long for authorities to make their way to a Red Devils MC clubhouse, located nearly 2 kilometers away. Upon their arrival, they found full patch Hells Angels member, Patrick Pruneau, who had been interrogated and later released. Police had also found a body in the proximity of the clubhouse, burnt and mangled. Authorities believe the injuries on the victim were meant to throw-off investigators in identifying the body. There is also a hypothesis that some of the wounds were self-inflicted with the belief in which a Molotov cocktail had been dropped by the victim, which led to the burns on the body.
The two minors had been known to hang around STL’s ‘EGK’ branch and another street gang named ‘Arab Power’, who we’ve briefly written about in the past concerning a prison brawl. STL member and rapper VT had posted a story with a text noting on how the youngin was not a part of any street gang, and to let him rest in peace. He even threatened to sue TVA News for defamation. Reality portrays a different story, rather of gang members giving semi-automatic type weapons and sending them to do their dirty work for them.
HAMC Herouxville Clubhouse Targeted
On Wednesday (18/09/2024) night towards 9pm, gunshots were fired at a residence situated along Rang Saint-Pierre in Herouxville in the Mauricie region of Quebec. This residence proved to be a Hells Angels MC clubhouse, one that belongs to the Trois-Rivieres chapter of the HAMC. The call was phoned in by concerned neighbors although this had occurred in the ‘country’, with very few neighbors around the headquarters of the Trois-Rivieres chapter.
This attack on the club had happened at the same time an arson was attempted in Levis on Rue Robert Rumilly. Levis emergency services were able to tame the fire before hefty damage had been made to the building. This building was allegedly a hangout spot for the bikers in question. Authorities later apprehended three men aged 20-26 who had arson tools in their possession. The arson suspects in question are not from Levis. Police have told the media they cannot correlate this latter event with the drug war happening in the province.
HAMC & Allies Have Crucial Meeting
Many Hells Angels OGs were present at a meeting held Thursday in Becancour at the Mean Tribe clubhouse. Becanour is located in the Mauricie region of the province. The Mean Tribe is a club affiliated to the HAMC. Members from the Trois-Rivieres, Sherbrooke and South chapters were present, as well as high ranking HA original Michel ‘Sky’ Langlois, who arrived by plane in the presence of three other acquaintances to the club.
The decision or ‘vote’ that lied ahead of them wasn’t a pretty one. Patch holders of the club had members such as ‘Sky’ Langlois who had already lived through the exact same scenario which happened in the ’90’s. They knew if they voted to go to war with the street gangs involved, alone, was a confession to the law. Authorities in the past had used their ‘vote’ decision as a means of incarceration. The sole fact of voting on an action might get members time behind bars.
Authorities Take Extreme Precaution
Frampton is a small town, with only 1300 habitants. The SQ (Surete de Quebec) set up a command post for about a week, in hopes of gaining more information concerning the strife. Let’s keep in mind the Red Devils MC clubhouse is located on the 2nd Rang in Frampton and allegedly the Dark Souls MC is also located close.
Residents are voicing concern of the recent uptake in violence throughout the town. The SQ stated how the goal of the increased police presence was to assure the population the authorities were there for the citizens. Some members of the famed biker club are having surveillance done on their humble abode. A practice which has taken place, just recently, and hasn’t seen light since the biker war of the ’90’s.
Quebec City mayor, Bruno Marchand, who had previously asked for funding multiple times to combat the ongoing drug war bowed his head in disapproval when the Minister of Security, Francois Bonnardel, backtracked and offered help to the city. Marchand was informed by journalists sometime around noon this afternoon on how Bonnardel offered the help of the SQ throughout the SPVQ’s fight with organized crime.
A letter had been sent from Bonnardel earlier. Marchand had not received this letter which had freshly been sent. A letter which Bonnardel affirmed had been sent around 11:50am. Marchand responded on how the SPVQ needed funding and not help from the provincial police.
These past few events had taken place within only a week, with the Frampton body found throughout the night of Sunday to Monday and the past three subsections revealed yesterday. Most of these recent attacks have been the work of the Blood Family Mafia and their allies, very few of these events have been targeted towards the street gang. With the meeting held this week, further development will hint us towards the response of the HAMC.
