A member of the Blood Family Mafia that we haven’t covered yet is one that stood side by side with Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel and Roobens Denis. His name is Brian Boutin-Craig and he was just sentenced to 45 months in prison stemming from an investigation that had him arrested in March of 2023. His coaccused in this dossier are Roobens Denis and the one and only Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel. This is the very same dossier that had Turmel flee to Portugal in order to avoid sentencing. Keep in mind Turmel is still wanted and a Red Notice has been issued by Interpol in hopes of tracking down the fugitive.

Brian Boutin-Craig’s first brushes with the law started back in 2016. The 29-year-old had then been charged with the obstruction of a peace officer’s work, break and entry and assault. He was then arrested on March 1st 2023 after a search warrant had been executed. He was charged with drug trafficking, conspiracy to traffic drugs, assault, theft and conspiracy to commit an assault. He appeared in court the day after with the crown denying his request for bail. He would stay in prison for the next two years as the courts processed two different sets of accusations against him.
One set of accusations had finally been settled in court on Wednesday (12/03/2025). Let’s remember he has another to go. The first set of charges dated back to October of 2020, with the investigation lasting until November of 2021. The second went from May 2022 to November of 2022. As time went on, the courts and most notably police managed to paint the man as a hardened gang banger. Although he may deny it, his social media pictures point towards that latter fact. With the few pictures he has, most of them frame him throwing up ‘b’s’, a hand sign for Blood.

Throughout the investigation, police managed to seize cell phones which Boutin-Craig used in order to traffic drugs, burners. On the same very cell phones they found text messages sent back and forth from several different people. Over hundreds of messages. All of them about the purchase or the sale on narcotics. A smoking gun had been unveiled.
The messages sent had all pointed to him as being the head of the very drug trafficking ring that authorities had been fighting against. Judge Steve Magnan had dropped the assault charges, with only the drug trafficking charges getting stuck with Boutin-Craig. He was sentenced to 45 months. With all his time-served, that leaves him with 7 more months.

Boutin-Craig is a big fish in this whole Blood Mafia Story. It’s a wonder if he’ll go back to the fast life after his sentence is done. With an IG handle titled the way it is, hinting to his love for gangbanging and his past to let us know, this is definitely not his first rodeo.

Although, the alleged leaders of the BFM are all hindered in a way, either being locked up or on the lam. It’s a wonder who’s leading the Blood Family Mafia’s side of things. Is Turmel calling the shots all the way from the eastern continents? Is it All Boivin, who is also on the run? Has the strife gained such a movement that numerous several cliques have now taken over and called the shots? We think it’s a mix of everything.
