It’s no myth that All Boivin is public enemy number one in Quebec. Or at least, Quebec authorities and media have managed to put him on a pedestal and ostracize the man. He is not wanted for murder, neither is he wanted for kidnapping, nor firearm related offences, but rather for drug trafficking and conspiracy to traffic narcotics and possession. Which makes you wonder why the man is the most wanted criminal in the country. Simmering on the BOLO website, topping a whole slew of murderers such as Rabih Alkhalil with a price of 250,000$ for his arrest.
It doesn’t make much sense. Yes, there are more than a few conflicts happening in the province and All Boivin is directly involved in the most active conflict currently; the Blood Mafia Family/Hells Angels MC drug war. The only reasonable answer to why authorities are putting so much effort into hindering the 35-year-old drug lord would be to put an end to the drug war. We highly doubt it would even put a dent on this strife that started nearly a year ago. There’s just too much money on the table and the players playing the game are too greedy to end the affair.
Authorities let the public know they had a new target in their sights. The target being Boivin’s 26-year-old girlfriend, Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance. Two years ago, All Boivin decided to flee authorities after being charged with drug trafficking. Little did we know at the time that he had fled with his partner, Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance, in a Bonnie and Clyde fashion. It’s one thing to leave your life behind in order to dodge more than a few years in prison, but it’s true love if your better half decides to accompany you on the venture. Something only Lemieux-Bellavance and Boivin will comprehend.
Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance isn’t so innocent either, she also has a warrant out for her arrest. This is the reason the SQ (Quebec Provincial Police) have made her name public. Authorities are desperate for his capture but hesitant to tell the public why Lemieux-Bellavance is wanted. Authorities believe All Boivin is using an alias named ‘Jacob Tremblay’, while Lemieux-Bellavance uses the alias ‘Mariane Petro’.
It’s a wonder where the couple have successfully hidden within the last couple years and what’s even more stunning is the fact they didn’t get caught. Boivin has been on the run since February 23rd of 2023. It is believed Boivin is directing certain criminal happenings in the province since several drug dealers and multiple street gangs have rebelled against the Hells Angels MC, who had imposed a 10% tax on all drugs sold in certain regions of the province.
Boivin is in cahoots with another underworld leader, Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel, who ultimately began the strife. A strife in which a slew of independent dealers would join his side and rebel even further against the famed motorcycle club. Coincidently, Turmel is also on the lam from the law, charged with drug trafficking. It’s important to note, Boivin was allegedly the mastermind behind a failed kidnapping attempt in Alma which saw a handful of Profit Boys arrested, a street gang hailing from the Rivieres-des-Prairies borough of Montreal.
It is unknown how Boivin’s life on the lam will end. It’s also a definite low blow by authorities to mention his partner’s name to the public in order to apprehend the man. Definitely a no holds barred tactic, but is it on the verge of being ethical? Is Boivin in Quebec? In Canada? In North America or even the northern hemisphere? God only knows.
