Emergency crews responded to a very serious crash along the Delta-Surrey border this morning. Unfortunately, a woman from Surrey has died as a result of the collision. Her identity will not be released.
The other driver who was involved had minor injuries, and has co-operated with law enforcement from the get-go.
Delta PD and STF (Special Task Force) were at the scene for majority of the day.
The Weekly Wreck 17 (16/03/’25-22/03/’25): This past week has been a hectic one for firefighters in Quebec’s National Capitol and its neighboring region; Chaudieres-Appalaches. A total of 9 criminal arsons had taken place from the 14th of March to the 22nd. Not all events have been tied to the ongoing drug war, but we can start to presume the majority of those are linked to it.
