What Happened To YouTube’s Hood Chronicles & More 📰

We never really saw our platform breaking this news, but because of so many individuals both on the YouTube platform and in our inboxes (across all platforms); we felt like it was NECESSARY to let everyone know why Hood Chronicles is no longer uploading.

Especially since the rumours surrounding his inactivity were getting ridiculous.

One of our members knew him as “H” and shared a mutual friend who grew up with the content creator in Surrey, BC. At some point, however, he moved to Brampton with his family. The reason behind his death was allegedly health-related.

It’s believed his name was Haris or something similar, though this hasn’t been confirmed.

He also knew SOME DBOYS in the lower-mainland area because he was from there. Guys like Farhan (Christopher Singh’s right hand man who took over the entire operation when Chris was shot and killed – CP SOON) was apparently H’s childhood friend.

Some of our team has already reached out to those who knew Mr. Hood Chronicles, and we’ll definitely keep you updated if we hear back.

Go run up his views

It feels like a moral obligation to let the public know, especially since we shared the same line of work. If the roles were reversed, having a fellow creator inform my audience that I was no longer around would be the least I could hope for.

In our industry, telling friends and family what we actually do isn’t just difficult—it can be downright dangerous. We don’t even know if “H” ever told his family about his platform.

The new-age journalist operates from the shadows, not by choice, but by necessity. Safety is a constant concern. We don’t have the luxury of working in a multimillion-dollar news studio or with the resources to go public safely.

BELL HEADQUARTERS

In reality, most of us probably work from a basement somewhere. Take the owner behind TDN, for example—he started out in his parents’ basement, working on a broken MacBook before he could finally move provinces and live on his own. The struggle is real, and once you show your face, it turns into a dangerous struggle.

Consider RealTorontoNewz: We would never go to such extremes, but he’s taken things to the next level, literally concealing himself from head to toe. (Our podcast is audio-only, for obvious reasons.)

Consider RealTorontoNewz: He literally hosts his podcast in a ninja costume every episode. His guests have no idea who they’re speaking to, but it’s a measure he has to take to ensure his safety. (Our podcast, of course, is audio-only for the same reason.)

Anyway –

We have reached out and are waiting for a response. Rest up HC.

UN Gang from BC suspected of smuggling cocaine to South Korea?

Kim Bolan reported a UN drug bust based out South Korea. As of now, we have not confirmed her report – but we must keep in mind that her word isn’t all to credible in today’s day. An example of this is when she reported James Riach as having switched sides inside his Philippines prison in order to maximize his profits. This was confirmed as having been a false allegation, by many high-ranking WolfPack members. Looney would never burn the pack. So was this really a UN drug bust?

Korean newspapers report that police there recently arrested three drug traffickers who allegedly smuggled liquid drugs worth US$135 million and processed them into solid form for distribution.

Korea Coast Guard’s drug investigation team told the Korea JoongAng Daily on Monday that three people, including a 55-year-old Canadian drug ring member and a 27-year-old local drug seller, were arrested.

The liquid cocaine was smuggled in through a container cargo ship and then processed into solid form at a factory in Gangwon allegedly by Colombian drug ring members.

The Canadian is reportedly a high-ranking member of a Canadian drug ring with a prior record of smuggling cocaine via cargo ships from the United States, the newspaper reported.

In early August, police received intelligence about the Canadian drug ring from the National Intelligence Service in early August. On August 10, undercover police arrested the 27-year-old drug distributor without a warrant near Banpo Hangang Park in Seocho District, southern Seoul, after witnessing the distributor selling cocaine.

The Canadian was subsequently apprehended in Gimpo, Gyeonggi. During a raid on the dealer’s residence, police seized 60 kilograms of cocaine, with packaging marked “UN,” indicating ties to a drug cartel in Vancouver, the newspaper reported.

Rest up Sujjad. The reason why so many rappers/DBOYS are dying at such young ages is because they disrespect DEAD individuals. It’s just a recurring theme. Toronto is worse, but Vancouver is getting there.
