It’s been a while since we’ve heard about any major news concerning the Blood Family Mafia. We’ve recently written about Bryan ‘Fantom’ Lavoie, being arrested in March and unveiling how the man “forcefully” served as a weapons and ammunition cache for the Blood Family Mafia. Even being in contact with BFM’s leader, Dave ‘Pik’ Turmel through the Signal application.

Yesterday, a member of the Blood Family Mafia had been arrested in relation to an armed assault dating back a couple of weeks. The individual in question is Brian Boutin-Craig, who we’ve written about in the past. Authorities believe this person acts as a right-hand man for Turmel. Even having photographs with Roobens Denis on his Facebook page. Denis is yet another BFM higher up that evaded the law, fleeing to Europe with Turmel, and ultimately extradited back to Canada.
BFM Lieutenant Brian Boutin-Craig Newly Arrested
Police had managed to arrest 29-year-old Brian Boutin-Craig on Wednesday (3/09/2025) towards 9pm along with another 39-year-old suspect. Authorities believe they were the perpetrators in an assault which occurred inside a bar located on Rue de la Faune. This event happened on the night of August 21st, in the Charlesbourg borough of Quebec City. An altercation occurred in which resulted in Boutin-Craig and an accomplice assaulting an individual with a knife. With the two suspects fleeing the scene of the crime afterwards. The victim hadn’t suffered any life-changing injuries.

Only a week and a half later, police managed to pin the two suspects that had allegedly committed the assault. One of the suspects was arrested in Charlesbourg, while the second individual was arrested in the Saint-Emile borough of Quebec City. Search warrants were served and executed, gathering evidence which linked the duo to the crime. They were both charged with armed assault, assault causing bodily injury. Boutin-Craig was also given a supplementary charge of breaching his probation order. He had just been released from prison after being handed a 45-month sting for drug trafficking.

Boutin-Craig had been sentenced to 45 months on March 12th of 2025. After initially being arrested in March of 2023. Being charged with drug trafficking, assault and theft. After an investigation had taken place, a warrant had been issued, an act in which had managed to seize several cell phones. The smoking gun to the case were the conversations found on these devices. With the time Boutin had spent being locked up until the resolution of his case, he only had seven months left to serve, being released recently.
Other Quebec Drug War News…
Recent news in relation to the Blood Family Mafia lies in a video which surfaced on Facebook this week. Taking place in the parking lot of a Sept-Iles bar last Friday (29/08/2025). A video had shown an altercation outside of a bar named ‘Le Toxedo’. A first individual is seen squaring up, but also taking quick and swift steps backwards while two suspects are seen approaching the individual, a man who would soon turn into the victim a savage beatdown.
One of the suspects is seen wearing a ‘Support 81’ hoodie, yelling “Fuck BFM!” before assaulting the victim. Kicking and punching him in the head. A woman eventually tells the two suspects to stop. Police were not called to the scene of the assault, and no complaint was given to authorities. Only a week earlier, we stumbled upon a news article with video footage of two bikers assaulting a shirtless man at Le Gibson (formerly known as Le Diamant). This news article hinted on how this event might have been due to the ongoing drug war, but the lack of evidence leads us to believe the origin of this event could have been anything.
These two events mentioned in the latter segment might not have been the result of actual “beef” between members of the two clans partaking in this drug war. The young criminal sporting the ‘Support 81’ hoodie might not have had any relation to the famed motorcycle club. The assault at Le Gibson might have only been on a drunken senior who took his shirt off and can’t keep his mouth shut.
Vital information remains unspoken to these events, which I doubt we’ll have a follow-up on. One thing we can bet one, is the fact that we’ll keep you informed on every aspect of the Blood Family Mafia, and we’re willing to bet Boutin-Craig’s name might be mentioned in future media articles.
